How to Get an Appointment

3. We'll call you to schedule an appointment.

Once we receive your application and payment, we’ll call you to set up an appointment that works with your schedule. Priority is given to income-sensitive individuals, people caring for multiple cats, and rescues. All appointments must be scheduled and confirmed.

Even if we are not open, we have a black lock box to the right of our door for drop-off.

Package A

$80 for females

$80 for males

  • Rabies vaccination is included.
  • Pain medication is included.

Other services are available at additional cost.

  • RCCP 4-way vaccine (recommended) for $10
  • Senergy (fleas, basic worms) for $5
  • Droncit (tapeworms) for $7
  • Profender (hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms) for $15
  • FIV/FeLV Combo Test for $25
  • FeLV Vaccine (negative Combo test required) for $20
  • E Collar (recommended, especially for females) for $10
  • Microchip for $15
  • Pre-operative bloodwork for $60

Package B

$75 for feral cats of either gender

  • Left ear will be tipped (required) as part of this package.
  • Rabies vaccination is included.
  • One day of pain medication is included.
  • RCCP 4-way vaccine is included.
  • Senergy (fleas, basic worms) is included.
  • Ear mite treatment is included if needed.
  • Pregnancy termination is included if needed.

Other services are available at additional cost.

  • FIV/FeLV Combo Test for $25
  • FeLV Vaccine (negative Combo test required) for $20
  • Microchip for $15

Planning for the Day of Your Appointment

Some basics to get you started:

1. Cats/kittens must weigh at least three pounds and exhibit no signs of illness on the day of surgery.

2. There are pre-surgical fasting requirements, detailed on the instruction sheet you can access by clicking here.

3. You’ll need a hard-sided, clean carrier for each cat except for feral cats, who can remain in their traps.

4. You’ll drop your cat(s) off for surgery between 5:30 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. Free parking is available on-site.

5. You’ll pick your cat(s) up between 3:00 p.m. and 4:15 p.m. that same day. You’ll receive detailed instructions on post-op care as well as information about any medical issues that the veterinarian might have discovered while assessing your cat. If issues are found which are not already included in the fee as detailed above, you’ll need to be prepared to pay for additional services your cat might require.

Be sure to let us know immediately if you must cancel your appointment. There is a great need for these low-cost surgeries and we’ll require time to contact someone else to take your spot if you can’t use it.
